Herbal Remedies

This herbal remedy requires two cups of water, a teaspoon each of Echinacea Root, Licorice Root, and Barkberry Bark. Place all the ingredients in a pan and boil on the stove. You will need one teaspoon each of boneset, skullcap, white yarrow, and psyllium seed. In addition, you are going to need water and either honey or corn syrup. Place each of the herbs into a pan and simmer for ½ hour. Strain the herbs and add the honey or corn syrup for taste. Drink a few cups for a pain free day.

There are herbal remedies available for most any ailment you can think of. You can purchase books on home remedies or research them on the internet. Herbs to make these remedies can be purchased at health food stores or on the internet. It is a good idea to only use one herbal remedy at a time so you can find out the effect it has on you.
